Shipping Policy
USPS standard shipping is $6.95
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. After order is processed, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed!
If you order multiple times in one day, please email us to combine your order and we can refund one of your shipping charges!
Please note that shipping carriers do not pick up on Saturdays and Sundays
PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our $5 reshipment along with providing an updated address.
Shipping Policy
If your package is lost in transit, please email us at alex@radredemptionco.com so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located, we will reship your items and if they are not available, we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.
**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery, we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS or UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time
Return Policy
We hope that you love all your purchases from Rad Redemption Co. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
With inventory changing so often, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to return your item for a different size, you will have to reorder your item once the initial size has been returned and your store credit has been issued.
Items purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. The following items are also FINAL SALE: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, and athletic wear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from your store credit.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Return Instructions
Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost!
All returns must be sent back to us.
After we receive the item and it meets the requirements of our return policy, we will issue you a store credit minus initial shipping cost.
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you.
Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at Alex@radredemptionco.com and forward photos of any damage.
Please note that color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged
